The platform is registered as a Collective Funding Platform before the National Securities Commission (CNV) under N° 018/2026, within the framework of Law 27.349 and CNV General Resolution 717/2018 and supplementary provisions.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications are published with the update date at the beginning of the document and are effective from the moment of publication.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction.
